Responsibility depends on the selected plan and accepted scope. Some responsibilities belong to MySiteCare, some remain with the Client, and some depend on third-party providers.
Service Boundaries, Clearly Defined
MySiteCare provides operational website responsibility within clearly defined boundaries.
This page explains the services, outcomes, and responsibilities that should not be assumed to be included.
We are not a marketing agency.
We do not run your business.
We do not promise commercial results.
We take responsibility for the website work assigned to us by the selected plan, accepted order, quotation, invoice, written agreement, and full Terms & Conditions.
Services are included only where they are stated in your selected plan, accepted quotation or order, or another written agreement with MySiteCare.
Services not included there are outside scope unless separately agreed or required by applicable law.
Short Version
What We Do Not Include
To keep responsibility clear, MySiteCare only provides the services included in your selected plan, accepted order, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Anything outside that agreed scope is not automatically included.
No Marketing or Business-Result Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Leads.
Sales.
Website traffic.
SEO rankings.
Search positions.
Conversion rates.
Revenue.
Profit.
Other business results.
A website is one part of a business.
Business results also depend on your offer, pricing, reputation, operations, market, competition, customer service, advertising, and other factors outside MySiteCare's control.
No Advertising or Campaign Management
Unless separately agreed, MySiteCare does not:
Manage Google Ads or other paid advertising.
Run social-media campaigns.
Build marketing funnels.
Create sales campaigns.
Provide marketing strategy.
Guarantee advertising performance.
Website responsibility does not automatically include marketing responsibility.
No Unlimited or Open-Ended Changes
Website changes are limited by the selected plan.
Where small edits are included, they do not automatically include:
Major redesigns.
New pages.
New functionality.
New integrations.
Structural changes.
Custom development.
Large content replacement.
Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately or declined.
No extra chargeable work is treated as approved unless the Client approves it.

Marketing copywriting.
Sales copywriting.
Blog articles.
Long-form content.
Professional photography.
Video production.
Social-media content.
Ongoing content calendars.
Content strategy.
Clients are responsible for supplying the content required for their website unless content creation has been separately agreed.
No Legal, Tax, Accounting or Regulatory Advice
MySiteCare is a website-service provider.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulated professional advice.
Where we provide privacy-policy templates, cookie-policy templates, consent tools, compliance-related pages, or similar website materials, they are provided as technical or general informational support unless professional advice has been expressly arranged.
We do not guarantee that a website, document, or technical configuration by itself makes a Client's business legally compliant.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where required.
This does not exclude MySiteCare's own obligations under applicable law.
Responsibility Has Boundaries
MySiteCare is responsible for the services expressly included in the selected plan and accepted scope.
Being your single technical point of contact does not mean every possible website problem, third-party failure, Client action, legal issue, business decision, or commercial outcome automatically becomes MySiteCare's responsibility.
Responsibility is defined by the plan.
It is not assumed.
No Absolute Uptime or Security Guarantee
MySiteCare works to prevent, detect, and resolve covered technical problems where included in the selected plan.
We do not guarantee:
100 percent uptime.
Zero security incidents.
Zero technical failures.
Uninterrupted third-party services.
Immediate detection of every issue.
Immediate resolution of every issue.
Complete immunity from attacks, outages, bugs, or external failures.
Where an issue falls within MySiteCare's agreed responsibility, we handle it according to the selected plan.
In Plain English
We handle the website responsibilities you actually purchased.
We do not run your business.
We do not promise business results.
We do not provide unlimited work.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
If something is outside the agreed scope, it is not automatically included.
Long Version
1. Purpose of This Page
This page explains what MySiteCare does not include by default.
It exists to prevent unclear expectations before work begins.
It explains services, outcomes, and responsibilities that should not be assumed to be included simply because MySiteCare builds, hosts, maintains, or takes responsibility for a website.
This page should be read together with:
The selected plan.
The accepted order.
The accepted quotation.
The invoice.
The written agreement.
The full Terms & Conditions.
The Clear Payment Terms.
The What We Do page.
The selected plan and accepted scope determine what MySiteCare is responsible for.
2. No Marketing or Business Guarantees
MySiteCare does not guarantee:
Leads.
Sales.
Website traffic.
SEO rankings.
Search-engine positions.
Conversion rates.
Revenue.
Profit.
Brand growth.
Customer trust.
Reputation recovery.
Other business outcomes.
A technically working website does not guarantee commercial success.
Business results depend on many factors outside MySiteCare's control, including:
The Client's products or services.
Pricing.
Reputation.
Location.
Market demand.
Competition.
Customer service.
Advertising.
Sales process.
Offline operations.
Reviews.
Industry conditions.
The Client's own business decisions.
MySiteCare provides website responsibility.
It does not guarantee the business results that may or may not come from having a website.
3. No Advertising or Campaign Management
Unless separately agreed in writing, MySiteCare does not:
Manage Google Ads.
Manage Meta ads.
Manage TikTok ads.
Manage YouTube ads.
Manage paid search campaigns.
Manage paid social campaigns.
Run social-media pages.
Create advertising campaigns.
Build marketing funnels.
Create sales campaigns.
Provide sales strategy.
Provide marketing strategy.
Guarantee advertising performance.
Monitor advertising return on investment.
Manage ad budgets.
Website responsibility does not imply advertising responsibility.
If advertising or campaign work is ever offered, it must be separately scoped, priced, approved, and agreed.
4. No SEO Ranking Guarantees
MySiteCare does not guarantee SEO rankings, search positions, indexing, search traffic, Google visibility, map-pack placement, or search-engine performance.
Basic website setup may support search visibility, but search performance depends on many factors outside MySiteCare's control, including:
Competition.
Content quality.
Domain history.
Local reputation.
Reviews.
Search-engine changes.
Website age.
Backlinks.
Business category.
Location.
User behavior.
Search engine policies.
The Client's ongoing marketing activity.
Unless separately agreed, MySiteCare does not provide SEO campaigns, link building, keyword research, content strategy, technical SEO audits, ongoing SEO management, or ranking work.
5. No Unlimited or Open-Ended Work
No MySiteCare plan includes unlimited changes, unlimited development, unlimited support, or unlimited revisions unless that is expressly stated in the selected plan or written agreement.
Where limited edits are included, they do not automatically cover:
Major redesigns.
New functionality.
New software features.
New integrations.
Significant new pages.
Structural website changes.
Custom application development.
Large-scale content replacement.
Rebuilding the website.
Reworking the original scope.
Repeated revisions without clear limits.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be:
Separately quoted.
Scheduled as additional work.
Referred to another provider.
Declined.
No additional chargeable work is treated as approved merely because it was requested.
Additional work starts only after the Client approves the scope and cost where approval is required.
6. No Content Creation by Default
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, MySiteCare does not provide:
Marketing copywriting.
Sales copywriting.
Blog articles.
Long-form content.
Landing page copy.
Product descriptions.
Professional photography.
Video production.
Graphic design beyond the website scope.
Social-media content.
Ongoing content calendars.
Content-marketing strategy.
Brand messaging strategy.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, branding, service descriptions, prices, claims, and other content required for their website unless MySiteCare has specifically agreed to create or source those materials.
Minor formatting or editing of supplied content does not create an ongoing content-creation obligation.
If content creation is needed, it must be separately agreed.
7. No Legal, Tax, Accounting or Regulatory Advice
MySiteCare is a website-service provider.
It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, licensed compliance adviser, or regulator.
Unless expressly arranged with a qualified professional, MySiteCare does not provide:
Legal advice.
Tax advice.
Accounting advice.
Financial advice.
Data privacy legal advice.
Consumer-law advice.
Industry-specific regulatory advice.
Employment-law advice.
Corporate-formation advice.
Immigration advice.
Health, medical, or regulated-profession compliance advice.
Where MySiteCare provides general templates, sample wording, privacy pages, cookie pages, consent tools, terms pages, or similar website materials, they are provided as technical or general informational support unless a qualified professional has reviewed and approved them for the Client's specific situation.
Technical implementation does not by itself guarantee that the Client's business complies with every applicable law, regulation, industry rule, permit requirement, contract, privacy requirement, tax rule, or consumer-protection obligation.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where required.
Where MySiteCare has specifically agreed to implement a technical requirement, MySiteCare remains responsible for performing that agreed technical work within its stated scope.
This section does not exclude MySiteCare's own legal obligations.
8. Responsibility Is Limited to the Agreed Scope
MySiteCare takes responsibility seriously because responsibility is defined clearly.
Responsibility is determined by:
The selected plan.
The accepted order.
The accepted quotation.
The invoice.
The written agreement.
The full Terms & Conditions.
Each plan defines which website responsibilities MySiteCare accepts and which remain with the Client.
Being the single technical point of contact for covered issues does not mean MySiteCare accepts responsibility for every possible website problem.
Responsibility does not automatically extend to:
Client business decisions.
Client legal obligations.
Client content.
Client delays.
Client approvals.
Client-controlled accounts.
Client-controlled credentials.
Third-party outages.
External platform decisions.
Business results.
Marketing outcomes.
Issues outside the selected plan.
Work not included in the accepted scope.
If a matter is outside the agreed scope, MySiteCare may explain the boundary and may offer separate paid work where appropriate.
9. No Automatic Responsibility for Unauthorized External Changes
MySiteCare may not be responsible for problems caused by:
Changes made by the Client without coordination.
Changes made by another developer.
Changes made by another agency.
Changes made by another administrator.
Unauthorized access.
Unsupported third-party modifications.
Client-installed plugins, scripts, code, or tools.
Unsafe files uploaded by the Client.
Credentials shared by the Client with others.
Client-controlled accounts changed outside MySiteCare's control.
If outside changes create a problem, investigation or repair may fall outside the existing plan and may require a separate quotation.
10. No Unlimited Responsibility for Third-Party Systems
Websites commonly depend on third-party services.
These may include:
Hosting infrastructure.
Domain registrars.
DNS providers.
Email providers.
Payment providers.
Plugins.
APIs.
Analytics providers.
Security tools.
Search engines.
Social platforms.
Advertising platforms.
Content delivery networks.
Other external services.
MySiteCare cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation, continued availability, pricing, policies, compatibility, performance, security, or conduct of independent third-party services.
MySiteCare is not responsible for independent third-party outages or changes outside its reasonable control.
This does not remove MySiteCare's responsibility for its own work, its own configuration, its own implementation, obligations accepted under the selected plan, or obligations that apply under law.
11. No Guarantee of Zero Downtime
MySiteCare works to prevent, detect, and resolve covered website outages where included in the selected plan.
MySiteCare does not guarantee 100 percent uptime or uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may result from:
Hosting infrastructure issues.
Domain or DNS issues.
Internet routing problems.
Maintenance.
Updates.
Third-party outages.
External API failures.
Payment provider issues.
Security incidents.
Software failures.
Force-majeure events.
Client-made changes.
Unauthorized third-party changes.
Other technical or external causes.
The occurrence of downtime alone does not establish fault, breach, negligence, or liability.
Where a downtime event falls within MySiteCare's agreed responsibility, MySiteCare handles it according to the applicable plan and Terms.
12. No Absolute Security Guarantee
MySiteCare works to reduce website-related security risk where security-related work is included or reasonably connected to the managed website.
MySiteCare does not guarantee:
Complete security.
Zero hacks.
Zero malware.
Zero unauthorized access.
Zero data loss.
Zero phishing.
Zero spam.
Zero vulnerabilities.
Immunity from attacks.
Protection from every known or unknown threat.
Website security can be affected by factors outside MySiteCare's control, including:
Weak Client passwords.
Shared credentials.
Compromised email accounts.
Third-party services.
Outdated external systems.
Client-installed code or tools.
Social engineering.
Provider vulnerabilities.
Device compromise.
New attack methods.
Where a security-related issue is within the selected plan and agreed responsibility, MySiteCare handles it according to that scope.
13. No Implied Expansion of Scope
Responsibility is determined by the services actually agreed.
A previous favor, one-time exception, informal discussion, courtesy task, or isolated piece of assistance does not automatically become a permanent part of the service.
If additional work is requested, MySiteCare may identify whether it:
Is already included.
Requires separate approval.
Requires a separate quotation.
Should be handled by another provider.
Should be handled by a qualified professional.
Cannot be accepted.
Scope changes, price changes, ownership changes, included work, and responsibility changes should be confirmed through an accepted order, quotation, invoice, written change request, email confirmation, or another written record authorized by MySiteCare.
Website Ownership does not include deployment, hosting setup, or domain/DNS configuration — these are available as the separate, optional Assisted Setup & Launch service.
14. No Assumption From One Point of Contact
Under plans that include website responsibility, MySiteCare may act as the Client's single technical point of contact for covered website services.
This helps the Client avoid having to troubleshoot covered technical issues alone.
It does not mean MySiteCare assumes responsibility for:
Every business decision.
Every legal obligation.
Every third-party failure.
Every Client action.
Every external system.
Every unpaid service.
Every excluded service.
Every possible technical problem.
Every commercial outcome.
Every issue outside the agreed scope.
One point of contact means clarity for covered issues.
It does not mean unlimited responsibility.
15. Payment, Preview and Data Rules Are Separate
This page explains service exclusions.
Payment, suspension, refund, preview, hosting-continuity, backup-retention, data-retention, and termination rules are explained in other MySiteCare pages and documents, including:
Clear Payment Terms.
Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Notice.
Cookie Notice.
The accepted order or written agreement.
Those documents control those subjects.
This page should not be used to replace them.
16. In Simple Terms
MySiteCare does not promise everything.
We promise clarity about what we are responsible for.
We handle what the selected plan says we handle.
We do not promise marketing results, unlimited work, professional legal or tax advice, perfect uptime, perfect security, or control over independent third parties.
If something is included, we state it clearly.
If something is outside scope, we tell you before additional paid work begins.
