Responsibility depends on the selected plan and accepted scope. Some responsibilities belong to MySiteCare, some remain with the Client, and some depend on third-party providers.
Payments, Billing, Ownership and Service Continuity
This page explains how payments, billing, failed payments, grace periods, suspension, refunds, website ownership, ownership conversion, previews, hosting, backups, and service continuity work at MySiteCare.
It is written in plain language so clients understand the payment rules before they buy, subscribe, approve work, request delivery, or rely on a website remaining active.
This page does not replace the full Terms & Conditions, accepted order, quotation, invoice, checkout record, plan description, or written agreement.
If this page conflicts with the full Terms & Conditions or an accepted written order, the full Terms and accepted written order control the specific service relationship.
Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that apply under Philippine law.
Short Version
The Most Important Payment Rules
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period.
Monthly plans continue until cancelled or terminated.
One-time projects are paid according to the accepted order, quotation, invoice, or payment schedule.
Final delivery, handover, or ownership transfer may be withheld until the required payment is completed.
The accepted order, quotation, checkout, invoice, or written agreement controls the price for that transaction.
Applicable taxes are shown separately where required.
No paid service, upgrade, add-on, handover, ownership transfer, or extra work is included unless it is part of the accepted paid scope.
Two Ways to Get a MySiteCare Website
MySiteCare has two main website paths.
Option 1: Website Ownership
The Client may buy the complete standalone website package outright for ₱42,000 one-time, unless a different price is stated in the accepted order.
After full payment, MySiteCare provides the agreed website delivery and ownership handover.
The standard Website Ownership purchase is the complete standalone website package and does not include deployment or launch assistance. Where the Client separately purchases Assisted Setup & Launch (₱21,000 one-time) and provides the necessary domain, registrar, hosting, DNS, and other required access, MySiteCare will deploy the agreed completed website, reasonably assist with connecting the agreed domain and DNS configuration, and verify that the website is publicly reachable at the time of launch.
Assisted Setup & Launch, where purchased, is delivered as its own separate one-time service — not part of the base Website Ownership price.
It is not ongoing hosting.
It is not ongoing maintenance.
It is not ongoing monitoring.
It is not ongoing technical responsibility.
After handover, ongoing website responsibility belongs to the Client unless another MySiteCare service is purchased.
The one-time Website Ownership price does not automatically include ongoing:
Hosting.
Monitoring.
Maintenance.
Updates.
Backups.
Support.
Content edits.
Troubleshooting.
Repairs.
Security management.
Future website responsibility.
In plain English:
You buy the complete standalone package for ₱42,000. You or your developer launches it, or you add Assisted Setup & Launch (₱21,000) for MySiteCare to launch it for you. After that, you manage it unless you also buy ongoing care.
Option 2: Responsibility Plan
The Client may choose the Responsibility Plan at ₱7,500/month instead of paying ₱42,000 upfront.
While the Responsibility Plan is active and paid, MySiteCare provides the website usage and the ongoing responsibility services included in that plan.
Subscription payments pay for the active Responsibility service.
They are not installment payments toward ownership.
They do not automatically transfer website ownership.
Option 3: Priority & Reputation Care
Priority & Reputation Care is a higher-level responsibility subscription.
Priority clients pay for the higher-level service included in that plan.
A paid Priority month counts as one qualifying paid month toward ownership conversion, the same as a paid Responsibility Plan month, unless the accepted order says otherwise.
Priority payments do not count faster simply because the monthly price is higher.
The additional price pays for the higher-level service, not accelerated ownership.
Maintenance Only
Maintenance Only is not a rent-to-own plan.
Maintenance Only payments do not count toward ownership conversion unless the accepted order expressly says otherwise.
In plain English:
Maintenance Only keeps basics maintained. It is not a website ownership purchase plan.
Ownership Conversion Benefit
A Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care client may later choose to stop the subscription and convert the transferable website deliverables to ownership.
Qualifying paid months reduce the ownership conversion price.
The standard conversion schedule is:
Completed qualifying paid months | Ownership discount | Ownership conversion price
0 months | 0% | ₱42,000
1 month | 10% | ₱37,800
2 months | 20% | ₱33,600
3 months | 30% | ₱29,400
4 months | 40% | ₱25,200
5 months | 50% | ₱21,000
6 months | 60% | ₱16,800
7 months | 70% | ₱12,600
8 months | 80% | ₱8,400
9 to 23 months | 80% | ₱8,400
24 months or more | 100% | ₱0
Only completed and fully paid qualifying billing periods count.
Qualifying plans are:
Responsibility Plan.
Priority & Reputation Care.
Refunded, reversed, charged-back, unpaid, suspended, or invalid billing periods do not count.
Ownership does not transfer automatically. The Client must request conversion, settle outstanding amounts, complete the handover process, and accept or sign the required ownership-transfer record.
After 24 completed qualifying paid months, the Client earns the right to request ownership conversion at a ₱0 MySiteCare ownership purchase price for that website, subject to outstanding amounts, third-party costs, verification, and handover requirements.
If Payment Stops, Paid Services May Stop
If a payment fails, is cancelled, is reversed, is disputed, or becomes overdue, the affected paid services may be restricted or suspended.
This may include:
Hosting.
Website availability.
Maintenance.
Monitoring.
Updates.
Support.
Customer portal access.
Edit requests.
Backup services.
Other paid services connected to the unpaid account.
A website hosted as part of an unpaid subscription may go offline.
Standard Subscription Grace Period
Unless the accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement says otherwise:
Day 1 after due date: payment is overdue.
Days 1 to 3 after due date: MySiteCare may send reminders and request payment.
Day 4 after due date: support, edits, monitoring, updates, or other active services may be suspended.
Day 7 after due date: MySiteCare-provided hosting may be suspended, which may cause the website to go offline.
Day 14 after due date: the affected subscription may be terminated.
Day 30 after termination: MySiteCare-hosted operational files, environments, and backups may become eligible for deletion or removal where allowed.
For clarity, if termination occurs on Day 14 after the original due date, Day 30 after termination usually means deletion eligibility may begin around Day 44 after the original payment due date.
Immediate restriction or suspension may apply for payment reversal, chargeback, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or urgent infrastructure protection.
Refunds
Payments are generally not refundable for services already provided, work already started, or service periods already begun where the Client simply changes their mind.
This does not remove any refund, correction, re-performance, credit, price reduction, or other remedy required under applicable Philippine law or expressly agreed in writing.
Previews
Preview websites, drafts, mockups, sample pages, and concept websites are for evaluation only.
A preview is not a purchased website.
A preview does not transfer ownership.
A preview does not guarantee continued hosting, support, maintenance, or availability.
A preview does not create an ongoing service unless a paid agreement is accepted.
In Plain English
No current payment may mean no current service.
You can buy the website outright, or you can use a responsibility subscription.
A Responsibility Plan or Priority subscription is not a payment installment plan for ownership.
Subscription fees pay for monthly responsibility service.
Qualifying paid Responsibility or Priority months can reduce the ownership conversion price if you later choose to take ownership.
After 24 qualifying paid months, the MySiteCare ownership conversion price becomes ₱0 for that website, subject to handover and outstanding amounts.
If payment remains unresolved, hosting and related paid services may be suspended or terminated.
A subscription is not the same as buying the website.
Previews are temporary evaluation materials.
Refunds depend on what has already been provided, what was agreed, and what applicable law requires.
Nothing is included unless it is part of the accepted paid scope.
Long Version
1. Purpose of This Page
This page explains how payments work at MySiteCare.
It is meant to prevent payment-related misunderstandings before they happen.
It explains:
When payment is due.
Which price controls the transaction.
How subscription billing works.
How one-time project payments work.
The difference between Website Ownership and subscription plans.
How ownership conversion works.
What happens when a payment fails.
What happens when payment becomes overdue.
What grace periods apply.
What suspension means.
How suspended services may resume.
What happens after continued non-payment.
How cancellation works.
How refunds and credits are handled.
How payment affects website ownership transfer.
How payment affects access.
How previews work before payment.
What happens to hosting and backups after payment problems.
How billing disputes should be handled.
This page is not the full contract.
The full Terms & Conditions, accepted order, quotation, invoice, checkout record, plan description, and written agreement remain the controlling documents.
2. How This Page Relates to the Full Terms
This page is a plain-language payment explainer.
It helps clients understand the practical payment consequences of using MySiteCare.
It does not replace:
The full Terms & Conditions.
The accepted order.
The accepted quotation.
The invoice.
The checkout record.
The plan description.
Any written service agreement.
If there is a conflict between this page and the full Terms or accepted written order, the full Terms and accepted written order control.
Nothing on this page removes legal rights or remedies that apply under Philippine law.
3. Prices and Accepted Orders
The controlling price is the price shown in the accepted order, quotation, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.
Published prices apply only to the standard scope described for that plan or service.
A published price does not automatically include:
Extra work.
Custom features.
Urgent delivery.
Unusual hosting needs.
Special responsibility levels.
Advanced integrations.
Migration work.
Ownership transfer.
Additional support.
Extra edits.
Extra pages.
Rebuilds or redesigns.
Third-party paid tools or subscriptions.
If a website, takeover, hosting need, urgency level, custom feature, responsibility level, or support requirement falls outside the standard scope, MySiteCare may provide a separate quotation before additional paid work begins.
No upgrade, add-on, ownership transfer, hosting service, support service, custom feature, migration, handover, or extra work is included unless it is part of the accepted paid scope.
Applicable taxes are shown separately where required.
4. Payment Due Dates
The due date is the date shown on the invoice, checkout page, accepted order, quotation, payment notice, or written agreement.
If no separate due date is stated, the following default due dates apply:
Monthly subscriptions: payment is due on the subscription renewal date.
One-time projects: payment is due before final delivery, launch, handover, or ownership transfer.
Deposits or milestone payments: payment is due on the date or project stage stated in the accepted order or invoice.
Additional work, add-ons, upgrades, restoration, or reactivation fees: payment is due before that extra work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership conversion payments: payment is due before ownership transfer, file release, handover, or transfer assistance is completed.
A payment is considered unpaid until MySiteCare can verify that the required amount has been received through an approved payment method.
Sending a screenshot, reference number, or payment message does not by itself mean payment has cleared.
5. Invoices and Payment Records
MySiteCare will issue the applicable invoice, receipt, electronic transaction record, or payment documentation required for the transaction and applicable Philippine requirements.
The Client should keep invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and payment references for their records.
Payment-provider confirmations and MySiteCare invoices or receipts serve different purposes and should not be assumed to be the same document.
If the Client needs a corrected billing record, the Client should contact MySiteCare promptly.
6. Four MySiteCare Payment Paths
MySiteCare has four commercial plan paths.
They are not the same.
Website Ownership
The Client buys the agreed website outright.
After full payment and handover, the Client owns the transferable website deliverables stated in the accepted order and ownership-transfer record.
Ongoing care is not included unless separately purchased.
Maintenance Only
The Client pays for maintenance services included in the Maintenance Only plan.
Maintenance Only is not a website ownership purchase plan.
Maintenance Only does not automatically include monitoring, troubleshooting, full responsibility, or ownership conversion credit unless the accepted order expressly says otherwise.
Responsibility Plan
The Client pays monthly for the website usage and ongoing responsibility services included in the Responsibility Plan.
The Client does not pay the full Website Ownership price upfront.
Qualifying paid Responsibility Plan months may count toward ownership conversion.
Priority & Reputation Care
The Client pays monthly for the higher-level service included in Priority & Reputation Care.
Qualifying paid Priority & Reputation Care months count toward ownership conversion the same way as Responsibility Plan months unless the accepted order says otherwise.
Priority months count by billing period, not by higher payment amount.
7. Website Ownership, ₱42,000 One-Time
Under the Website Ownership option, the Client purchases the complete standalone website package for a one-time price of ₱42,000, unless a different price is stated in the accepted order.
After all required payment has been completed, MySiteCare will provide the agreed website delivery and ownership handover.
The standard Website Ownership purchase does not include initial launch assistance; this is available as the separate Assisted Setup & Launch service (₱21,000 one-time).
The standard Website Ownership purchase includes:
Provide the agreed website files.
Provide the agreed administrative access or credentials.
Provide reasonable handover information needed for the Client to operate the website.
Where Assisted Setup & Launch has been separately purchased, and subject to the Client providing the necessary domain, registrar, hosting, DNS, and other required access, MySiteCare will additionally:
Deploy the agreed completed website.
Reasonably assist with connecting the Client's agreed domain and DNS configuration.
Verify that the website is publicly reachable at the time of launch.
Assisted Setup & Launch, where purchased, is delivered as its own separate one-time service.
It is not ongoing hosting.
It is not ongoing maintenance.
It is not ongoing monitoring.
It is not ongoing technical responsibility.
The Client must provide or separately purchase suitable production hosting, domain registration, domain renewal, licenses, and any required third-party services unless the accepted order says those items are included.
Assisted Setup & Launch, where purchased, includes deployment to the agreed hosting environment, but does not create an ongoing hosting obligation unless hosting is separately included.
Once the agreed website has been delivered, launched, and handed over, ongoing website responsibility moves to the Client unless another MySiteCare service is active.
The one-time Website Ownership payment does not automatically include ongoing:
Hosting.
Monitoring.
Maintenance.
Updates.
Backups.
Technical support.
Content edits.
Troubleshooting.
Repairs.
Security management.
Recovery work.
New pages.
New features.
Integrations.
Redesign work.
Ongoing website responsibility.
If the Client requests additional work after handover, that work requires either:
An active MySiteCare plan that includes the requested service.
A separate quotation and written approval.
Third-party costs such as domain registration, domain renewal, external hosting, paid plugins, paid themes, licenses, APIs, subscriptions, or other external services are not included in the ₱42,000 ownership price unless expressly stated in the accepted order.
Completion of handover does not remove MySiteCare's responsibility for defects, non-conformity, or failure to deliver the agreed work where the accepted order or applicable law provides a remedy.
8. Maintenance Only
Maintenance Only is a subscription service for maintenance tasks included in the selected plan.
It may be used for a website the Client already owns or for another website MySiteCare has agreed to maintain.
Maintenance Only is not a rent-to-own plan.
Maintenance Only payments are service fees.
They are not ownership payments.
They are not installments toward Website Ownership.
They do not create fractional ownership.
They do not automatically transfer ownership.
They do not count toward the ownership conversion schedule unless the accepted order expressly says otherwise.
Maintenance Only does not automatically include:
Website ownership purchase.
Ownership conversion discounts.
Responsibility Plan benefits.
Priority benefits.
Monitoring unless stated.
Troubleshooting unless stated.
Fixing every failure.
New website build ownership.
Future ownership transfer.
Unlimited support.
In plain English:
Maintenance Only keeps the basics maintained. It is not a website ownership purchase plan.
9. Responsibility Plan, ₱7,500/month
Under the Responsibility Plan, the Client does not pay the ₱42,000 Website Ownership price upfront.
Instead, the Client pays ₱7,500 per month, unless a different price is stated in the accepted order.
While the Responsibility Plan remains active and paid, the Client receives the website usage and ongoing services included in that plan.
This may include the covered hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, support, limited edits, and technical responsibility described in the accepted plan and agreement.
Where a covered website issue occurs, MySiteCare handles that issue within the scope of the Responsibility Plan.
The Client does not need to separately purchase the ₱42,000 Website Ownership option in order to use the website while the Responsibility Plan remains active and paid.
Subscription payments pay for the Responsibility services provided during each billing period.
They are not installment payments toward ownership.
They do not create fractional ownership.
They do not create progressive ownership.
They do not create stored credit.
They do not automatically transfer copyright or website ownership.
Responsibility Plan clients may qualify for the ownership conversion benefit described below.
10. Priority & Reputation Care
Priority & Reputation Care is a higher-level subscription service.
It includes the covered Priority & Reputation Care services stated in the selected plan, accepted order, quotation, invoice, written agreement, and full Terms.
Priority payments are service fees.
They are not ownership installments.
They do not automatically transfer ownership.
They do not create stored credit or refundable ownership balance.
However, because Priority & Reputation Care is a responsibility-level service, completed and fully paid Priority & Reputation Care billing periods count toward ownership conversion the same way as Responsibility Plan billing periods, unless the accepted order says otherwise.
Qualifying months are based on completed qualifying billing periods, not the amount of the monthly subscription fee.
A Priority month counts as one Qualifying Paid Month, the same as a Responsibility Plan month, unless an accepted order expressly provides otherwise.
In plain English:
Priority clients get higher-level service while subscribed. Their qualifying paid months may also count toward ownership conversion, but ownership still requires a request, completed handover, and written transfer record.
11. Ownership Conversion Base Price
Unless the accepted order expressly provides otherwise, the ownership conversion base price is the Website Ownership price stated in the Client's accepted order when the qualifying Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care subscription begins.
For subscriptions using the current standard price, the ownership conversion base price is ₱42,000.
Later changes to MySiteCare's generally advertised Website Ownership price do not change that Client's agreed ownership conversion base price unless both parties agree to the change in writing.
This means an existing qualifying subscriber's conversion table should be calculated from the ownership base price accepted for that subscription, not from a later public price change.
12. Ownership Conversion Benefit
A Client on the Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care may later choose to stop the ongoing responsibility relationship and purchase ownership of the transferable website deliverables.
Qualifying paid months provide an ownership conversion discount against the accepted ownership conversion base price.
A Qualifying Paid Month means a full billing period under Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care where the required subscription fee was paid in full and was not later refunded, reversed, successfully charged back, or invalidated.
Only Qualifying Paid Months count toward the conversion schedule.
For an ownership conversion base price of ₱42,000, the standard conversion schedule is:
Completed qualifying paid months | Ownership discount | Ownership conversion price
0 months | 0% | ₱42,000
1 month | 10% | ₱37,800
2 months | 20% | ₱33,600
3 months | 30% | ₱29,400
4 months | 40% | ₱25,200
5 months | 50% | ₱21,000
6 months | 60% | ₱16,800
7 months | 70% | ₱12,600
8 months | 80% | ₱8,400
9 to 23 months | 80% | ₱8,400
24 months or more | 100% | ₱0
During months 1 through 8, each completed Qualifying Paid Month adds another 10 percentage points to the ownership discount.
After eight completed Qualifying Paid Months, the standard discount remains capped at 80% until the Client reaches 24 completed Qualifying Paid Months.
After 24 completed Qualifying Paid Months, the MySiteCare ownership conversion price becomes ₱0.
The ₱0 ownership conversion price means no additional MySiteCare Website Ownership purchase price is charged.
It does not mean unrelated third-party expenses are free.
Domain fees, registrar fees, hosting fees, paid licenses, migration costs, platform fees, external service fees, and other third-party costs remain payable where applicable.
13. Subscription Fees Are Service Fees, Not Ownership Installments
Responsibility Plan and Priority & Reputation Care payments compensate MySiteCare for the services provided during each billing period.
They are not deposits toward the Website Ownership price.
They are not installments.
They are not financing payments.
They are not stored account credit.
They are not refundable purchase credits.
They do not create fractional ownership.
They do not automatically transfer ownership.
The ownership conversion discount is a separate loyalty and conversion benefit available to qualifying clients.
If the Client never requests ownership conversion, no ownership transfer occurs merely because monthly payments were made.
14. Exercising the Ownership Conversion Option
Ownership conversion does not happen automatically.
The Client must request ownership conversion in writing.
MySiteCare will confirm:
The number of Qualifying Paid Months.
The applicable ownership discount.
The remaining ownership conversion price, if any.
Any outstanding invoices.
Any required third-party costs.
The included website files, credentials, access, and handover materials.
Any excluded materials.
The effective date when ongoing Responsibility Plan or Priority service ends.
Any steps needed to complete handover.
Any required ownership conversion price and outstanding amounts must be paid before ownership transfer is completed.
If the Client reaches 24 Qualifying Paid Months, the ownership conversion price may be ₱0, but a documented transfer and handover process is still required.
Ownership transfer will be documented in writing as part of the handover or ownership transfer process.
The ownership-transfer record should identify the transferable website deliverables and any applicable copyright, economic rights, usage rights, files, access, credentials, and licenses assigned or granted to the Client.
15. Timing of the Ownership Conversion Option
Before the Client reaches 24 Qualifying Paid Months, the ownership conversion option must be requested while the qualifying subscription is active or within 30 calendar days after the last paid qualifying billing period ends, unless MySiteCare expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
If the Client cancels, disappears, stops paying, or allows the service to terminate before reaching 24 Qualifying Paid Months, the discounted ownership conversion benefit may expire after that 30-day post-service window unless a written agreement preserves it.
After the Client reaches 24 Qualifying Paid Months, the Client earns the right to request ownership conversion at a ₱0 MySiteCare ownership purchase price for that website.
That earned 24-month conversion right does not expire merely because the subscription later ends.
It remains subject to:
Settlement of outstanding amounts.
Payment of applicable third-party costs.
Identity and account verification.
Confirmation of the applicable website.
Completion of the required written handover.
Transfer only of materials that are legally and technically transferable.
The full Terms and accepted order.
Qualifying months normally must relate to the same website and account.
Refunded, reversed, charged-back, unpaid, suspended, or invalid billing periods do not count.
Payments under Maintenance Only, one-time work, add-ons, restoration work, taxes, third-party charges, or unrelated services do not count toward the ownership conversion schedule unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise.
Outstanding invoices must be resolved before ownership conversion can be completed.
16. Effect of Ownership Transfer
Once ownership conversion is completed, the Client receives the website ownership, access, files, and other transferable deliverables identified in the ownership transfer record.
Unless the parties separately agree otherwise, completion of ownership conversion ends MySiteCare's ongoing Responsibility Plan or Priority service obligations for that website.
After ownership transfer and termination of the responsibility subscription, the Client becomes responsible for ongoing website operation.
This includes, unless another MySiteCare service is purchased:
Hosting.
Monitoring.
Maintenance.
Updates.
Backups.
Support.
Technical problems.
Security management.
Recovery work.
Content edits.
Future changes.
New pages.
New features.
Redesigns.
Third-party service management.
The Client may separately purchase MySiteCare services after ownership transfer.
Ownership transfer does not make future service free.
Once Website Ownership or ownership conversion has been completed, later cancellation, suspension, or non-payment of a separate MySiteCare maintenance, hosting, or responsibility service does not revoke the Client's completed website ownership.
Only the unpaid or cancelled separate service stops.
17. Pre-Existing Client Websites
The ownership conversion provisions apply only to MySiteCare-created deliverables for which ownership has not already transferred to the Client.
If MySiteCare takes over, maintains, hosts, supports, or works on a website or website materials already owned by the Client, the Responsibility Plan does not transfer those pre-existing ownership rights to MySiteCare.
The Client does not need to repurchase its own property.
Any ownership conversion applies only to new MySiteCare-created transferable deliverables that are covered by the accepted order and not already owned by the Client.
18. Client Materials and Excluded Materials
Client-owned business names, trademarks, logos, photographs, copy, domain names, customer data, and pre-existing Client materials remain the Client's property regardless of the subscription model.
Website ownership transfer covers only the transferable MySiteCare-created deliverables identified in the written transfer.
MySiteCare does not transfer ownership of:
Internal systems.
Admin platforms.
Customer portal systems.
Reusable tools.
Reusable code libraries.
Frameworks.
Templates not expressly transferred.
Automation.
Proprietary infrastructure.
Business processes.
Internal documentation.
Third-party materials that cannot legally be transferred.
Licensed materials controlled by third-party terms.
Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Where a retained MySiteCare component is necessary for normal operation of the transferred website, the ownership-transfer record will state the continuing license or usage right granted for that component.
This prevents a website from being transferred in a way that gives the Client ownership in name but no practical right to operate the transferred website.
19. Plan Changes and Ownership Conversion
If the Client changes plans, ownership conversion is handled as follows unless the accepted order says otherwise.
Responsibility Plan to Priority & Reputation Care
If the Client upgrades from Responsibility Plan to Priority & Reputation Care, qualifying months continue.
Example:
4 paid Responsibility Plan months.
Upgrade to Priority & Reputation Care.
2 paid Priority & Reputation Care months.
Total qualifying months: 6.
Ownership conversion price using a ₱42,000 base price: ₱16,800.
Priority & Reputation Care to Responsibility Plan
If the Client downgrades from Priority & Reputation Care to Responsibility Plan, qualifying months continue as long as the subscription remains for the same website and account and the relevant billing periods are qualifying paid months.
Example:
3 paid Priority & Reputation Care months.
Downgrade to Responsibility Plan.
2 paid Responsibility Plan months.
Total qualifying months: 5.
Ownership conversion price using a ₱42,000 base price: ₱21,000.
Responsibility or Priority to Maintenance Only
If the Client moves from Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care to Maintenance Only, the Client should complete ownership conversion before or at the time of moving to Maintenance Only unless the accepted order states a different arrangement.
Maintenance Only assumes the Client either owns the website already or has a website MySiteCare agrees to maintain.
Maintenance Only months do not add new ownership conversion credit unless expressly agreed.
If the Client moves to Maintenance Only without completing ownership conversion, the accepted order must clearly state what website rights the Client has.
Maintenance Only to Responsibility Plan
If the Client starts on Maintenance Only and later moves to Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care, the ownership conversion clock normally starts only when the qualifying responsibility-level plan begins.
Maintenance Only payments do not count retroactively unless the accepted order expressly says they do.
20. Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly plans are billed monthly.
A paid billing period gives the Client access to the paid services included in the selected plan for that billing period, subject to:
The full Terms.
The accepted scope.
The selected plan.
Any suspension rules.
Any termination rules.
Any third-party provider limits.
Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled, terminated, replaced, or changed by another accepted agreement.
The Client is responsible for keeping payment details current where automatic or online payment is used.
If the Client's payment method fails, expires, is blocked, is cancelled, or cannot be charged, the Client remains responsible for any amount due.
21. One-Time Project Payments
One-time projects are payable according to the accepted order, quotation, invoice, or written payment schedule.
MySiteCare may require payment before starting, continuing, delivering, launching, handing over, or transferring ownership of one-time project work.
Depending on the accepted order, payment may be required before:
Final delivery.
Website launch.
Website handover.
Ownership transfer.
Admin access.
File release.
Migration support.
Production deployment.
Delivery of final credentials.
Delivery of final project materials.
If a deposit, milestone payment, or partial payment structure is agreed, the accepted order or invoice should explain:
What amount is due.
When it is due.
What stage it covers.
What happens if the payment is delayed.
Whether the payment is refundable or non-refundable.
What must be paid before delivery or ownership transfer.
Ownership transfer does not occur until all amounts required for that ownership transfer have been paid in full, except where a qualifying ₱0 ownership conversion right has been earned and completed through the required written transfer process.
22. What Counts as a Payment Problem
A payment problem may occur when:
A payment fails.
A payment is cancelled.
A payment is reversed.
A payment is disputed.
A chargeback is opened.
A subscription payment does not process.
An invoice remains unpaid after the due date.
A required payment is only partially paid.
Payment proof cannot be verified.
The payment provider flags the transaction.
The payment method is invalid, expired, blocked, or unavailable.
The Client pays the wrong amount.
The Client pays to the wrong account.
The Client uses an unapproved payment method.
The Client delays payment after work or service has already begun.
If a payment problem affects an active service, MySiteCare may restrict, pause, or suspend the affected service according to the full Terms, invoice, order, checkout record, payment notice, or written agreement.
23. Failed or Overdue Payments
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, MySiteCare may contact the Client using the available contact details.
MySiteCare may ask the Client to:
Retry the payment.
Use another approved payment method.
Send payment proof.
Pay the overdue invoice.
Pay any required restoration or reactivation fee where applicable.
Confirm billing details.
Resolve a chargeback.
Resolve a payment dispute.
Resolve a payment reversal.
Until the payment issue is resolved, the affected service may be restricted, paused, or suspended.
Services are not guaranteed to remain active during unresolved non-payment.
24. Standard Grace Periods
These are the standard MySiteCare grace periods unless the accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement states a different period.
Subscription Payments
If a monthly subscription payment is not received on the due date:
Day 1 after due date: the payment is overdue.
Days 1 to 3 after due date: MySiteCare may send reminders and request payment.
Day 4 after due date: MySiteCare may suspend support, edits, monitoring, updates, or other active services connected to the unpaid subscription.
Day 7 after due date: MySiteCare may suspend MySiteCare-provided hosting, which may cause the website to go offline.
Day 14 after due date: MySiteCare may terminate the affected subscription.
Day 30 after termination: MySiteCare-hosted operational files, website environments, and backups may become eligible for deletion or removal where allowed by the Terms, retention practices, provider limits, and applicable law.
For clarity, if termination occurs on Day 14 after the original due date, Day 30 after termination usually means deletion eligibility may begin around Day 44 after the original payment due date.
One-Time Project Payments
For one-time projects:
Work may pause immediately if a required deposit, milestone payment, or balance payment is not received by the due date.
Final delivery, launch, handover, ownership transfer, admin access, file release, or migration support may be withheld until all required amounts are paid.
If a required payment remains unpaid for 14 calendar days after the due date, MySiteCare may treat the project as paused or abandoned unless another written arrangement is accepted.
If a required payment remains unpaid for 30 calendar days after the due date, MySiteCare may close or archive the project and require a new quote before work resumes.
Failed, Reversed, Disputed, or Fraud-Risk Payments
The grace periods above may not apply where there is:
Payment reversal.
Chargeback.
Suspected fraud.
Abuse.
Security risk.
Unlawful activity.
Payment through an unapproved method.
Urgent infrastructure or account-protection issue.
In those cases, MySiteCare may restrict, suspend, or pause the affected service immediately where reasonably necessary.
25. Suspension for Non-Payment
Suspension means the affected service is paused, restricted, or made unavailable.
For non-payment, suspension may affect:
Hosting.
Website availability.
Maintenance.
Monitoring.
Updates.
Support.
Customer portal access.
Edit requests.
Change requests.
Backup services.
Subscription website access.
Service requests.
Production access.
Other services connected to the unpaid account.
A website hosted as part of an unpaid subscription may go offline.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments, MySiteCare normally follows the standard grace periods in this page unless the accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement states a different period.
Where reasonably possible, MySiteCare may provide notice before or at the time of payment-related suspension.
Immediate restriction or suspension may apply for payment reversal, suspected fraud, chargeback, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, urgent infrastructure protection, or other urgent payment or service risk.
Suspension does not always mean the service relationship has ended.
26. Suspension Is Not Always Termination
Suspension means a service is paused, restricted, or unavailable.
Termination means the service relationship or affected service ends.
In many cases, suspension is temporary.
If the Client resolves the payment issue quickly, MySiteCare may be able to restore the affected service.
If the payment issue remains unresolved, suspension may later lead to termination.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments, termination may occur from Day 14 after the payment due date unless the accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement states a different period.
The exact suspension and termination process is governed by the full Terms, accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement.
27. Service Reactivation After Payment
Suspended services may resume after the payment issue is fully resolved and MySiteCare confirms that the affected service can be restored.
Payment resolution may require:
Successful payment.
Verified payment proof.
Settlement of overdue invoices.
Settlement of unpaid fees.
Settlement of chargeback or reversal issues.
Settlement of reinstatement or restoration fees where applicable.
Confirmation that required third-party services are still available.
New setup or re-onboarding if the service was already terminated.
Reactivation is not always instant.
If payment is resolved during the first 14 calendar days after the due date, MySiteCare will generally attempt to restore the affected subscription service without requiring a new subscription setup, unless hosting, third-party services, files, domains, infrastructure, security, or account access have already changed.
If payment is resolved after termination, MySiteCare may require a new order, new onboarding, restoration fee, updated pricing, or new service setup.
If hosting, third-party services, backups, files, domains, accounts, or infrastructure have already been cancelled, expired, deleted, disconnected, or changed, restoration may take time.
Restoration may also require a separate quote if the original service can no longer be resumed in the same condition.
28. Continued Non-Payment and Termination
If payment remains unresolved, the affected service may be terminated according to the full Terms & Conditions, accepted order, invoice, payment notice, or written agreement.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments, MySiteCare may terminate the affected subscription from Day 14 after the payment due date.
Termination may result in:
Hosting cancellation.
End of monitoring.
End of maintenance.
End of support.
End of subscription website availability.
Restriction or closure of service access.
Cancellation of MySiteCare-managed services.
Eventual deletion or removal of MySiteCare-hosted operational files where allowed.
Requirement for a new quotation before service can restart.
Requirement for re-onboarding before service can restart.
Loss of previously available preview, staging, or subscription website environments.
Termination does not cancel unpaid invoices already due.
Termination does not create ownership rights that were not paid for or agreed.
Termination does not remove rights or remedies that apply under Philippine law.
Termination does not cancel a completed Website Ownership transfer or completed ownership conversion that already took effect before the later termination of a separate service.
29. Hosting After Non-Payment
Hosting is active only where included in the selected paid plan or written agreement.
If payment stops, MySiteCare-provided hosting may be suspended or terminated.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments:
Support, edits, monitoring, or updates may be suspended from Day 4 after the payment due date.
MySiteCare-provided hosting may be suspended from Day 7 after the payment due date.
The subscription may be terminated from Day 14 after the payment due date.
Hosting-related files, environments, and backups may become eligible for deletion from Day 30 after termination where allowed.
If hosting is suspended, the website may become unavailable.
If hosting is terminated, restoring the website may require:
Payment of overdue invoices.
Reconnection to hosting infrastructure.
Recovery from available backups.
Reconfiguration of domains or DNS.
Reinstallation of files.
New third-party service setup.
A new quotation where restoration requires additional work.
MySiteCare does not guarantee that hosting can be restored after prolonged non-payment, termination, deleted infrastructure, expired services, or third-party provider changes.
30. Backups After Non-Payment
Backups are active only where included in the selected paid plan or written agreement.
Backups are not permanent storage.
After suspension or termination, backups may:
Expire.
Rotate.
Be overwritten.
Become unavailable.
Be deleted according to retention rules.
Become incomplete.
Cease to be recoverable.
Be limited by the backup system or hosting provider.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments, backups may become eligible for deletion or removal from Day 30 after termination, unless a different period applies under the accepted order, written agreement, provider rules, retention practices, or applicable law.
The Client should request any available export, handover, or backup access before cancelling, before payment becomes overdue, or within the period stated in the applicable notice or agreement.
MySiteCare may retain some records after termination where required or allowed for billing, accounting, tax, legal, dispute, audit, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.
31. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal.
Cancellation should be requested before the next billing date if the Client does not want the next billing period to start.
If cancellation is requested after a billing period has already started, that billing period is normally already due or already paid, unless the accepted order or applicable law says otherwise.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a current billing period that has already started.
Cancellation does not remove outstanding amounts already due.
Cancellation does not automatically transfer website ownership.
Cancellation does not require MySiteCare to keep providing hosting, support, monitoring, maintenance, edits, backups, or subscription website access after the paid service period ends, unless the Terms or written agreement says otherwise.
If a Responsibility Plan or Priority & Reputation Care subscription ends and the Client does not complete ownership conversion, the Client does not receive the MySiteCare-created website deliverables, and the subscription website may cease to be available after the paid service period ends.
Restarting after cancellation may require:
New onboarding.
New setup.
New pricing.
Updated scope.
Restoration work.
Third-party service reconnection.
A new accepted order.
Payment of unpaid amounts where applicable.
32. Refunds and Credits
Payments are generally not refundable where:
A paid service period has already started and the Client simply changes their mind.
Work has already begun under an accepted one-time order.
The Client cancels after MySiteCare has already reserved time or resources.
Third-party costs have already been incurred.
The website went offline because of a valid payment-related suspension.
The Client failed to provide required information, access, approvals, or payment.
The Client no longer wants a preview, draft, mockup, or concept after work has begun.
The Client requested work and later decided not to use it.
The Client delays the project after work has already started.
The Client changes their business plan, branding, content, or preferred direction after paid work has begun.
This does not limit any refund, correction, re-performance, credit, price reduction, or other remedy required under applicable Philippine law or expressly agreed in writing.
If MySiteCare confirms that a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge was made by mistake, MySiteCare will correct it or issue an appropriate refund.
Refund timing and method may depend on the payment provider, bank, payment method, accounting process, and applicable law.
33. Payment Disputes and Billing Redress
If the Client believes a payment, invoice, charge, refund decision, suspension, ownership conversion calculation, or billing status is incorrect, the Client should contact MySiteCare promptly.
The message should include:
Client name.
Business name.
Website or account involved.
Invoice or order number if available.
Payment reference if available.
Payment proof if relevant.
Description of the issue.
Requested resolution.
MySiteCare will review the issue through its internal billing or complaint process.
Where Republic Act No. 11967 or another applicable Philippine rule requires an internal redress process, MySiteCare will follow the complaint process stated in the full Terms & Conditions.
Where Republic Act No. 11967 applies, the statutory internal redress mechanism may be deemed exhausted if the complaint remains unresolved seven calendar days after filing, without prejudice to rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Raising a billing dispute does not automatically pause payment obligations unless MySiteCare confirms this in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
34. Payment and Access
Access depends on the selected plan and accepted scope.
Payment may affect access to:
Customer portal access.
Admin access.
Website dashboard access.
Hosting access.
File access.
Backup access.
Domain or DNS support.
Support channels.
Edit requests.
Handover materials.
Migration support.
Final credentials.
Access credentials are provided only where the selected plan, accepted order, or written agreement includes them.
Client-owned external accounts and assets should be handled separately from MySiteCare-owned infrastructure and subscription website materials.
35. Previews and Payment
Preview websites, drafts, mockups, sample pages, and concept websites are evaluation materials.
They are not purchased websites unless a paid agreement says so.
A preview:
Does not transfer ownership.
Does not include ongoing hosting.
Does not include maintenance.
Does not include support.
Does not guarantee continued availability.
Does not require MySiteCare to keep the preview online.
Does not create a payment obligation unless an order is accepted.
Does not create a service obligation unless a paid agreement is accepted.
May expire.
May be changed.
May be restricted.
May be removed.
A demonstration or concept website does not mean the featured business commissioned, approved, endorsed, or entered into a commercial relationship with MySiteCare unless that is clearly and truthfully stated.
36. No Paid Scope Without Agreement
MySiteCare does not provide paid services based on assumptions.
If a paid service, upgrade, add-on, extra edit, custom feature, ownership transfer, handover, migration, hosting obligation, backup obligation, support obligation, response target, or continuation of service is not included in the accepted order, invoice, quotation, plan, or written agreement, it is not part of the purchased service unless applicable law requires otherwise.
In practical terms:
No unpaid upgrade unless agreed.
No ownership transfer or handover unless an ownership purchase, qualifying ownership conversion, or other written transfer right applies.
No unpaid custom feature unless agreed.
No unpaid migration unless agreed.
No unpaid hosting after the service ends unless agreed.
No unpaid ongoing responsibility after cancellation or termination unless agreed.
No unlimited edits unless expressly included.
No free continuation after payment stops.
No extra service because it was assumed.

Final Summary
No current payment may mean no current service.
The Client can buy the website outright through Website Ownership, or use a subscription plan without paying the ownership price upfront.
Website Ownership is a one-time purchase and handover. It does not automatically include ongoing responsibility after handover.
The standard Website Ownership purchase is the complete standalone package and does not include initial launch assistance, ongoing hosting, or maintenance unless separately purchased (Assisted Setup & Launch, or an ongoing care plan).
Maintenance Only keeps basics maintained. It is not an ownership purchase plan and does not count toward ownership conversion unless expressly agreed.
The Responsibility Plan is a monthly responsibility service. It is not an installment plan for ownership.
Priority & Reputation Care is a higher-level responsibility service. Qualifying paid Priority months may count toward ownership conversion.
Qualifying paid Responsibility or Priority months may reduce the ownership conversion price if the Client later chooses to take ownership.
After 24 qualifying paid months, the MySiteCare ownership conversion price becomes ₱0 for that website, subject to outstanding amounts, third-party costs, verification, and handover requirements.
For ordinary overdue subscription payments, support, edits, monitoring, or updates may be suspended from Day 4 after the payment due date.
MySiteCare-provided hosting may be suspended from Day 7 after the payment due date, which may cause the website to go offline.
The affected subscription may be terminated from Day 14 after the payment due date.
Hosting files, environments, and backups may become eligible for deletion from Day 30 after termination, which may be around Day 44 after the original payment due date if termination occurs on Day 14.
Paying for a subscription does not automatically transfer website ownership.
Once Website Ownership or ownership conversion has been completed, later cancellation or non-payment of a separate care service does not revoke completed website ownership.
Previews are temporary evaluation materials.
Refunds depend on what has already been provided, what was agreed, and what applicable law requires.
Nothing is included unless it is part of the accepted paid scope.
Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that apply under Philippine law.
