Responsibility depends on the selected plan and accepted scope. Some responsibilities belong to MySiteCare, some remain with the Client, and some depend on third-party providers.

No Legal, Tax, or Regulatory Advice
MySiteCare is not a law firm, tax adviser, accountant, or regulatory adviser.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice.
We do not certify that a Client's business, website, privacy setup, cookie setup, terms, forms, content, or business process satisfies every legal or regulatory requirement that may apply.
MySiteCare may implement technical website measures where agreed, such as publishing client-approved legal text, adding policy links, adding consent controls, or configuring website settings.
That implementation work is technical website work.
It is not legal advice.
Where MySiteCare agrees to implement a technical measure, MySiteCare remains responsible for performing the agreed technical work with reasonable care.
Legal requirements should be reviewed with an appropriately qualified professional where legal certainty is required.
No Absolute Uptime or Security Guarantee
MySiteCare works to reduce avoidable technical risk and handle covered issues where included.
We do not guarantee:
100% uptime.
Uninterrupted availability.
Complete security.

Immunity from vulnerabilities.
Continuous third-party service availability.

Responsibility Depends on the Plan
Website Ownership leaves ongoing website responsibility with the Client after completed handover unless another service is purchased.
Website Ownership does not include deployment, hosting setup, or domain/DNS configuration — these are available as the separate, optional Assisted Setup & Launch service.
Maintenance Only covers defined maintenance work while troubleshooting and issue resolution remain with the Client unless separately agreed.
Responsibility and Priority plans place covered technical responsibilities with MySiteCare within the agreed scope.
Client responsibilities and third-party dependencies remain separate where applicable.
Payment, Previews, Termination, and Storage
Payment suspension, preview availability, termination, backups, exports, retention, deletion, and post-termination access are explained separately in the applicable Clear Payment Terms and Terms & Conditions.
This page does not create a separate payment or termination process.
In Plain English
MySiteCare handles what the selected plan and accepted scope assign to us.
The Client handles what remains with the Client.
Independent third parties remain responsible for matters they control.
Additional paid work requires agreement.
Clear scope. Clear boundaries. Clear responsibility.
In-Depth Version
What We Do Not Do at MySiteCare
MySiteCare provides clearly defined website services.
This page explains the services, outcomes, and responsibilities that are not included by default.
The purpose is to prevent misunderstanding.
It does not replace the selected plan, accepted Order, quotation, invoice, Clear Payment Terms, Terms & Conditions, or any written agreement.
Services are included only where stated in the selected plan, accepted Order, quotation, invoice, Terms, or written agreement.
Work outside that accepted scope is not automatically included.
1. No Marketing or Business-Result Guarantees
MySiteCare provides website services and clearly defined technical responsibility.
We do not guarantee:
Traffic.
Leads.
SEO rankings.
Search-engine positions.
Conversion rates.
Sales.
Revenue.
Profit.
Customer bookings.
Business growth.
Marketing performance.
Business results.
A website is a business tool.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside MySiteCare's control, including the Client's offer, pricing, reputation, location, market demand, operations, competition, advertising, sales process, service quality, and customer behaviour.
2. No Advertising or Campaign Management by Default
Unless separately agreed, MySiteCare does not:
Manage Google Ads.
Manage Meta ads.
Manage paid advertising platforms.
Run social media campaigns.
Build marketing funnels.
Create sales strategies.
Manage conversion campaigns.
Manage email campaigns.
Manage influencer campaigns.
Provide campaign reporting.
Optimise advertising spend.
Website responsibility does not automatically include marketing services.
A working website can support marketing.
It does not mean MySiteCare is responsible for marketing performance.
3. No Unlimited or Open-Ended Changes
Website edits and changes are limited by the selected plan and accepted scope.
Where small edits are included, they remain subject to the applicable monthly allowance, plan boundaries, and accepted scope.
The following are not included unless separately agreed:
Major redesigns.
New pages.
New website sections.
New features.
Integrations.
Layout restructuring.
Custom functionality.
Large content changes.
Branding changes.
Migration work.
Rebuilding work.
Open-ended revisions.
Unlimited edits.
Work outside the agreed website scope.
Work outside the agreed scope may be separately quoted, declined, or added only after agreement.
MySiteCare will not treat additional paid work as included merely because it was requested, discussed, or assumed.
4. No Content Creation by Default
Unless expressly included, MySiteCare does not provide:
Marketing copywriting.
Sales copywriting.
Blog posts.
Long-form content.
Product descriptions.
Professional photography.
Video production.
Graphic design beyond the agreed website scope.
Brand strategy.
Content calendars.
Social media content.
Ongoing content strategy.
Clients remain responsible for supplying required content, images, business information, service descriptions, prices, legal information, and approvals unless another written agreement says otherwise.
MySiteCare may place, format, or publish Client-supplied content where included in the accepted scope.
That does not mean MySiteCare becomes responsible for the truth, legality, accuracy, or business effect of the Client's content.
5. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Regulatory Advice
MySiteCare does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice.
MySiteCare does not guarantee that a Client's website, business, content, privacy notice, cookie setup, legal page, terms, checkout process, forms, product claims, booking process, or customer process complies with every applicable law or regulation.
Any sample privacy, cookie, terms, disclaimer, policy, or similar legal wording supplied by MySiteCare is provided for informational, drafting, or implementation support only unless a separate qualified legal review has expressly been agreed.
The Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice about legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, privacy, consumer, employment, industry-specific, or licensing requirements that apply to the Client's business.
Where MySiteCare agrees to implement a technical compliance-related measure, such as a consent interface, privacy link, checkbox, cookie setting, form field, or website notice, MySiteCare remains responsible for performing the agreed technical implementation with reasonable care.
That technical implementation does not make MySiteCare the Client's legal adviser.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility, rights, or remedies that applicable law does not permit MySiteCare to exclude.
6. Responsibility Has Defined Boundaries
Responsibility depends on the selected plan, accepted scope, cause of the issue, and systems involved.
A matter may be the responsibility of:
MySiteCare.
The Client.
A third-party provider.
Another developer, agency, contractor, or platform.
More than one party, depending on the circumstances.
Website Ownership clients generally take ongoing website responsibility after completed handover unless another service is purchased.
Maintenance Only clients receive the maintenance services included in that plan, while troubleshooting and issue resolution remain with the Client unless separately agreed.
Responsibility and Priority clients delegate covered technical responsibilities to MySiteCare within the agreed scope.
On Responsibility and Priority plans, MySiteCare acts as the technical point of contact for covered issues.
That does not mean MySiteCare controls or guarantees every external system, third-party service, Client-controlled account, business decision, legal requirement, or event connected to the website.
Responsibility is assigned clearly.
It is not unlimited.
7. Third-Party Services and Changes
Websites often depend on third-party services.
These may include:
Hosting providers.
Domain registrars.
DNS providers.
Email providers.
Payment providers.
Plugins.
Themes.
APIs.
Analytics tools.
Maps.
Embedded content.
Booking tools.
External platforms.
Internet providers.
Browser, device, or operating-system vendors.
MySiteCare does not control the independent operation, availability, pricing, policies, updates, continued functionality, or external changes of third-party services.
An issue originating solely from an independent third party and outside MySiteCare's reasonable control is not automatically a MySiteCare failure.
Where the selected plan includes management, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, or recovery work relating to a third-party service, MySiteCare handles the covered response within the agreed scope.
This does not remove MySiteCare's responsibility for its own agreed work, configuration, implementation, actions, omissions, or obligations.
8. No Guarantee of Zero Downtime
MySiteCare works to reduce, detect, and resolve covered website downtime according to the selected plan.
Unless a specific written service level agreement expressly provides otherwise, MySiteCare does not guarantee:
100% uptime.
Uninterrupted availability.
Immediate detection of every issue.
Immediate resolution of every issue.
Permanent availability of every third-party service.
Internet failures, third-party infrastructure, external platforms, software issues, updates, client actions, security incidents, maintenance events, and other circumstances may cause temporary interruption.
Downtime does not by itself establish fault or liability.
Responsibility depends on the cause, the agreed scope, the selected plan, and applicable law.
9. No Absolute Security Guarantee
MySiteCare may provide security-related website work where included in the selected plan or accepted Order.
This may include reasonable website-level security hardening, supported updates, backup practices, security checks, integrity checks, or response to covered issues where included.
MySiteCare does not guarantee that any website will be:
Completely secure.
Immune from hacking.
Free from malware.
Free from vulnerabilities.
Protected from every attack.
Protected from every third-party incident.
Recoverable in every circumstance.
Continuously available.
Additional cybersecurity, incident-response, audit, monitoring, penetration-testing, compliance, or managed-security services are not included unless expressly agreed.
10. Services Depend on Payment Terms
Paid subscription services remain available subject to the payment, grace-period, suspension, reactivation, and termination rules stated in the applicable Clear Payment Terms and Agreement.
Unresolved non-payment may eventually result in suspension of affected paid services.
This may include maintenance, monitoring, support, updates, hosting, priority handling, or other services included in the unpaid plan.
The website may become unavailable where MySiteCare-provided hosting is suspended.
Immediate restriction may apply in exceptional situations identified in the Terms, including certain chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, urgent security risks, or infrastructure-protection needs.
This page does not replace the Clear Payment Terms.
11. No Permanent Preview Websites
Concept and preview websites are temporary evaluation materials.
They are not production websites unless expressly agreed.
They may be access-restricted or excluded from search indexing where practical.
Availability is not guaranteed.
A preview may be changed, expired, archived, or removed if no service agreement is reached.
A preview does not by itself:
Transfer website ownership.
Create hosting rights.
Create support rights.
Create maintenance rights.
Create monitoring rights.
Create continued availability rights.
Create an obligation for MySiteCare to continue development.
Create a service relationship.
Preview rules are explained further in the applicable Clear Payment Terms and Terms & Conditions.
12. No Indefinite Website or Backup Storage
MySiteCare does not provide indefinite storage of terminated website environments, service files, or backups unless expressly agreed.
After termination, eligible service data may enter the applicable retention and deletion process described in the Clear Payment Terms.
Some contractual, billing, security, transaction, accounting, tax, personal-data, or dispute records may be retained for longer where required or permitted by applicable law.
Where an export or handover right applies, it must be handled according to the applicable plan, ownership status, payment status, data-processing terms, and termination rules.
This section does not replace the Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement where applicable, Clear Payment Terms, or Terms & Conditions.
13. No Additional Paid Scope Without Agreement
MySiteCare works from a defined plan and accepted scope.
Material additions or changes to deliverables, pricing, service scope, ownership, responsibility, deadlines, or paid work should be confirmed through an Order, quotation, change request, email, or other written record accepted by the parties.
A request does not become included merely because it was discussed or submitted.
MySiteCare does not charge for additional paid work merely because it was discussed or assumed.
If requested work falls outside scope, MySiteCare may explain the available options and, where appropriate, provide a separate quote before proceeding.
The accepted scope does not remove obligations, representations, rights, or remedies that apply under the governing Agreement or mandatory law.
14. Payment, Previews, Termination, and Data Retention
Payment status, grace periods, suspension, reactivation, termination, preview websites, backups, exports, retention, deletion, and post-termination access are governed by the applicable Clear Payment Terms and Terms & Conditions.
These rules are not expanded merely because a service was previously active.
They are not changed by assumptions, informal requests, or past exceptions unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.
15. Scope Note
This page explains what MySiteCare does not automatically include.
It does not mean MySiteCare will never provide any of these services.
Some excluded services may be available as separately quoted work, special scope, or a written agreement.
Exact inclusions, exclusions, responsibility boundaries, ownership rights, payment terms, response commitments, handover rules, and charges depend on the selected plan, accepted Order, quotation, invoice, Terms & Conditions, and Clear Payment Terms.
If this page conflicts with the accepted Order, plan terms, Clear Payment Terms, or Terms & Conditions, the governing contract documents control, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Final Plain-English Summary
MySiteCare takes responsibility for the website work assigned to us.
We do not take responsibility for your marketing, business outcomes, legal decisions, third-party systems, Client-controlled assets, or work outside the accepted scope.
If something falls outside your plan, we tell you clearly before treating it as additional paid work.
You know what is ours.
You know what remains yours.
That is the point.
