Termination does not require additional notice.

A preview does not imply ownership or ongoing service.

• One-time website builds are delivered only as agreed in writing

Access levels depend on the agreed package.

No ownership, admin access, or credentials are granted before payment.

• Services are active only while payment is current
   
• Services may be paused or stopped immediately if payment fails
   
• We do not provide services “on hold”
   

• Monthly services are non-refundable once started
   
• Partial months are not refunded
   
• One-time work is non-refundable once delivery begins
   
• Refunds are never provided for downtime caused by non-payment

Marketing services are not implied by website care.

• Anything outside the plan scope is billed separately or declined
   

There are no unlimited edits, favors, or exceptions.

Unless explicitly included in writing, we do not:
