If a payment fails, is cancelled, or becomes overdue:

  • Hosting may be suspended
     
  • The website may go offline
     
  • Access to services may be restricted
     

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or business impact caused by non-payment.
Services resume only after payment is resolved.

Suspension & Termination

If payment is not received within a reasonable period:

  • The website may be taken offline
     
  • Hosting may be cancelled
     
  • Files and data may be deleted
     
  • Backups are not guaranteed to be retained
     

Termination does not require additional notice.

Preview Websites

  • Previews are temporary, private, and non-public

7. Ownership & Access

Website ownership depends on the selected package:

  • One-time ownership plans
    Ownership is transferred only after full payment
     
  • Care plans
    The website remains managed by MySiteCare
     

Access levels depend on the agreed package.

No ownership, admin access, or credentials are granted before payment.

8. Service Availability

  • Services are active only while payment is current
     
  • Services may be paused or stopped immediately if payment fails
     
  • We do not provide services “on hold”
     

9. Refunds

  • Monthly services are non-refundable once started
     
  • Partial months are not refunded
     
  • One-time work is non-refundable once delivery begins
     
  • Refunds are never provided for downtime caused by non-payment
     

10. Backups & Data Retention
